We rented a Model Y for 3 weeks. We had a party of 4 and had plenty of room for our luggage. The vehicle was delivered to the Malpensa Airport in Milan for an extra charge, but the pick-up was seamless after our arrival from the US at 9AM. The drop-off after our trip was also convenient. We drove the Model Y in the Dolomites and the mountains of Slovenia and Austria. The performance was exceptional for mountain driving. Charging was never a problem (2500 km of charging included) even in the small towns where we stayed. I would advise checking your credit card for Collision Damage Waver coverage since the insurance available from the Enerev has a deductible of 1000 euros. The cost of the rental was competitive especially with the free charging bonus. Enerev was friendly and helpful throughout the rental process – a pleasure to deal with.

Charging was simple and fast, especially at the Tesla Superchargers, an absolute luxury compared to stopping at gas stations.
